Within the united states – Complete Payment is due 30 days after invoice date. a 1.5% late fee will be applied to all payments received after the invoice due date.
WHOLESALE CLAIMS, DAMAGES, SHORTAGES
1. Soul Carrier ends responsibility of merchandise when shipment is received by the carrier. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
2. Inspect shipment immediately. any discrepancies must be reported within three days of delivery.
WHOLESALE CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
No cancellations once order is confirmed and copy is sent to buyer from soul Carrier.
Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from soul Carrier. the authorization ra number must be clearly marked on the outside of each carton being returned. all returns must be in excellent, salable condition or a charge will apply. no returns on special orders or logo’d merchandise. merchandise credits must be used within six months or credit will
